Delete YourWormhole Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Wormhole account. This action cannot be undone.
Important Notice
Please read carefully before proceeding
Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, the following will occur:
- Your personal data (full name, mobile number, email address, delivery addresses) will be removed from our active databases
- Order history and transactional data may be retained for a limited period solely to comply with legal and tax obligations as per our Privacy Policy
- You will lose access to your account, order history, and saved preferences within the App
- Any pending orders or transactions must be completed before account deletion
- This action is irreversible — once deleted, you will need to create a new account to use Wormhole again
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to remove your Wormhole account permanently
Open Wormhole App
Launch the Wormhole app on your mobile device and ensure you're logged in to your account.
Navigate to Profile
Tap on your profile icon located at the bottom navigation bar to open your profile screen.
Open Personal Information
In the Account Settings section, tap on 'Personal Info' to access your personal information screen.
Go to Account Actions
Scroll down to find the 'Account Actions' section and tap on 'Delete Account' (displayed in red).
Review Warning & Continue
A warning dialog will appear showing what will be deleted. Review the information and tap 'Continue' to proceed.
Confirm by Typing DELETE
Type 'DELETE' in the confirmation box, optionally provide a reason, and tap 'Delete My Account'. Your request will be reviewed within 24-27 hours.
